What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process from initial research to final implementation.
• Develop and optimize mobile-specific usability across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Create and maintain a consistent and cohesive design system for the mobile app.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and development teams to align design goals with business and technical requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability studies, integrating insights into product enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product-led organizations with a focus on mobile apps.
• Expertise in Figma and mobile-first design principles for iOS and Android.
• Solid knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment.
• A portfolio showcasing specific work samples and case studies.
• English: B2 (Upper Intermediate) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with social networking, messaging, or geolocation-based mobile apps.
• Basic understanding of frontend development concepts such as React Native, Flutter, or KMP.
• Knowledge of Russian.
