What you will do

• Support project managers and site supervisors in delivering complex LV to HV/EHV (up to 132kV) connection projects.
• Oversee major civil engineering works including deep excavations, trench support, tunnelling, and shaft construction.
• Drive SHE leadership and ensure operational compliance with NERS, CDM, NOTICING, and RAMS.
• Manage resource planning, target costs, and budget controls for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to manage profit and loss to agreed margins.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with supply chain representatives to execute projects efficiently.

Requirements

• Significant electrical experience within ICP delivery of HV/EHV Networks.
• Strong background in managing heavy civils in both highways and private sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of CDM and NEC form contracts.
• Knowledge of NERS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, and Word.
• Must be based in Derby and available for nationwide travel

Nice to have

• IOSHH Manager or equivalent.
• CDM Competence certificate.
• Streetworks supervisor.
• CSCS.
