What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management of art outsourcing in collaboration with the Art Director.
• Strategize around outsourcing goals and build actionable plans.
• Maintain and expand the vendor pool, supporting new vendor trials.
• Develop detailed project delivery plans and track project progress.
• Manage daily communication and facilitate effective communication between vendors and the Art Director.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience managing multiple art vendors or external partners.
• Strong communication skills across technical and artistic disciplines.
• Experience with asset management and maintaining pipelines.
• Fluent in English speaking, native in Chinese speaking

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in the games industry.
• Experience creating or integrating art in a production environment.
• Previous experience in outsourcing/vendor management on a shipped title.
• Positive track record of building vendor relationships and delivering at scale.
