What you will do

• Drive high-velocity execution in close collaboration with product and engineering.
• Bridge user needs and business goals, ensuring design has a clear voice in shaping what gets built.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to deeply understand customer problems.
• Design for the complexity of expense, card, and invoice workflows, making powerful financial tools feel simple.
• Prototype rapidly using tools like Claude and Cursor to explore interaction patterns early.
• Stay current on emerging AI trends and product patterns, bringing that perspective into how hirify.global designs.

Requirements

• Experience that counts: 5+ years of product design experience at a fast-growing tech company; experience with Travel marketplaces, FinTech, or SaaS products is a strong plus.
• A sharp eye for UX and the ability to influence the craft for other designers.
• Systems thinker, comfortable designing within a design system.
• Skilled at working with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling skills to communicate the “why” behind design decisions.
• End-to-end execution capabilities, taking a project from concept to launch.
