What you will do

• Drive solution architecture activities with China-based data center customers and AI model companies.
• Work at a deep technical level on chips, firmware, microcode, SDK/drivers, and application software.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to identify requirements and define architecture for new assets.
• Perform hands-on technical work including prototype development to prove technical advantages.
• Lead technical solution investigations and architecture design independently.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required; PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in RDMA NIC software, solution, chip, or system architecture.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
• Familiarity with GPU architecture, memory models, NoC, and Scale-up concepts.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure software stacks (communication libraries, SHMEM, DeepEP) and popular AI models.
• Experience with architecture and protocol design, implementation, and debugging in AI cluster networks.
