Location: Must be based in Netanya, Israel (Hybrid role, 3 days per week in the office).

What you will do

• Innovate at scale by researching advanced CTR prediction techniques and online learning regimes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready features.
• Lead the end-to-end model lifecycle from algorithmic exploration to A/B testing.
• Monitor and optimize model performance in a high-traffic live production environment.
• Dedicate time to deep-work sessions for testing unconventional hypotheses and new approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in applied research deploying ML algorithms in high-throughput online environments.
• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a quantitative field or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals to integrate models into production stacks.
• Ability to critically evaluate and implement core findings from scientific literature.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex systems to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be able to work from the Netanya office 3 days per week.
