What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI Data Engineers while driving project planning and technical standards.
- Define the long-term architectural roadmap for scalable data pipelines fueling the Large Market Model.
- Direct efforts in feature engineering to translate complex market dynamics into predictive signals.
- Implement rigorous software development and MLOps practices, including CI/CD and pipeline orchestration.
- Drive innovation through research and experimentation in distributed computing and model optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in building production-level AI data pipelines.
- At least 3 years in a technical lead or team management capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python and the data science ecosystem (Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with MLOps and orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow.
- Strong experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Dask or Spark.
- Proficiency in SQL-based ETL processes and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Nice to have
- Experience in aviation or high-frequency dynamic pricing industries.
- Active contributions to open-source data or machine learning projects.
