What you will do

• Perform clinical laboratory assays to provide critical data for disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
• Conduct quality control studies and verify instrument performance through calibration and documentation.
• Contribute to the transition of protocols from R&D to CLIA production, including troubleshooting and validations.
• Collaborate within a high-growth CLIA team to process cancer blood samples end-to-end.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences.
• 1-2 years of CLS experience in a clinical setting.
• Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (ASCP, CGMBS, or generalist).
• Hands-on experience with manual molecular biology protocols, specifically DNA extraction and PCR.
• Proficiency in LIMS systems, basic statistics, and Google Workspace/MS Office.
• Must be able to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA.
