Focus on coordinating development, performing quality assurance, and providing high-level support for complex EDI processing issues.

What you will do

  • Implement enhancement and change requests for European EDI messages.
  • Define and validate technical requirements for new European EDI partner implementations.
  • Provide 4th-level support for complex EDI processing issues using ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate and review offshore development activities, unit tests, and quality of implementations.
  • Collaborate with B2B Architecture, SAP SMEs, and European Customer Service departments.
  • Support non-EDI iWay interface enhancements and share knowledge across global teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting EDI systems.
  • Strong knowledge of UN/EDIFACT and EANCOM standards.
  • Senior-level experience with middleware platforms such as SAP PI, SAP CPI, WebMethods, IBM WebSphere, or Seeburger.
  • Fluent English proficiency (C1).
  • Must be based in Granollers, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of TRADACOM and ANSI-X standards.
  • Java programming skills.
  • Experience with iWay Service Manager development.
  • Knowledge of SAP iDocs, monitoring, configuration, and testing.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows servers, networking, firewalls, and AS2.
