What you will do

• Lead a team of security researchers and threat intelligence analysts to analyze cyber threats to users' devices.
• Analyze and understand advanced cyber actors, their capabilities, and techniques.
• Coordinate team input to drive the development of security technologies.
• Collaborate with other managers to contextualize threat intelligence for decision-makers.
• Work with security engineers to design innovative mitigations that preserve privacy and user experience.
• Engage with external partners to support cyber threat intelligence activities.

Requirements

• Management experience leading a security or threat intelligence team.
• Significant prior experience conducting threat research.
• Expert-level understanding of the threat intelligence cycle and cyber operations.
• Clear communicator (verbal and written) capable of adapting style for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Zurich, Switzerland
