What you will do

• Develop, test, and maintain new application connectors and IAM workflows.
• Support the IAM environment by handling technical tickets and incidents.
• Customize user interfaces, certification campaigns, forms, and reports.
• Investigate complex problems and develop solutions to prevent recurrence through process or technical improvements.
• Document design and configuration management for all developed features.
• Provide evidence for audits and risk assessments through manual and automated means.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar IAM role or team.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, IBM Security, or ForgeRock.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Java, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Strong knowledge of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and FIDO2.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSO, MFA, Azure AD, or GCP Identity Management.
• Knowledge of PAM/PIM solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
