Location: Hybrid in Santiago, Chile (must work from office 3 days a week)

What you will do

• Provide L1/L2 system support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion and downstream finance applications.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Own the execution of test cases, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate defect fixes.
• Map existing workflows and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in Agile Scrum processes, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL to validate financial results.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Financials or similar ERP systems (GL, Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay).
• 1+ years of experience in systems analysis and process optimization.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of SQL development.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodology.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Santiago, Chile.
