What you will do

• Provide constructive feedback, mentoring, and coaching to the animation team.
• Create high-quality animation assets through hands-on production.
• Manage productive workflows and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, on specs, and up to quality standards.
• Collaborate with other Leads, Directors, and cross-functional teams to advance project quality.

Requirements

• Several years of professional animation experience, ideally in gameplay.
• Previous experience working within the gaming industry.
• Proficiency in 3D animation software, specifically Maya and MotionBuilder.
• Understanding of character rigging, skinning, and motion capture techniques.
• Ability to learn game engine tools and pipelines quickly.
• English: Very good written and spoken skills required.

• Professional experience supervising and leading a team of Animators.
