Team Lead Backend Developer (Node.js, iGaming)

Location: Office-based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Relocation is provided.

What you will do

• Manage team operations: hiring, training, delegating tasks, and setting work schedules.
• Collaborate with management to ensure projects meet standards and achieve goals.
• Develop and maintain in-house platforms and integrate 3rd party APIs.
• Participate in designing and developing new features from scratch.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues within the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and 5+ years in general web development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Experience implementing REST and WebSockets.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript.
