What you will do

• Perform hands-on quality assurance for core product areas, including Mobile and IoT systems.
• Own and coordinate test planning, regression scope, and release sign-off processes.
• Establish and maintain consistent QA standards and testing practices across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to identify quality risks early.
• Review and optimize existing QA processes, tools, and workflows.
• Act as the primary quality owner for release readiness.

Requirements

• Proven QA experience, specifically with IoT systems (physical devices with companion apps).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and release processes.
• Practical experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Ability to identify critical risk areas and prevent regressions.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Vilnius, Lithuania.
