What you will do

• Manage and scale UA campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and major networks like Applovin, Unity, and IronSource.
• Optimize bids and budgets daily to achieve specific CPI and ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ad concepts and provide data-driven feedback.
• Execute A/B tests on ad creatives and store assets to enhance conversion rates.
• Coordinate ASO efforts, including keyword research and store page updates.
• Track and report key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV) and monitor competitor trends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on UA experience specifically within the mobile gaming industry.
• Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google, and various ad networks.
• Ability to translate mobile marketing data into actionable growth strategies.
• Proficiency with Adjust and market research tools.
• Proactive approach to using AI tools for creative ideation and data analysis.
• Strong sense of ownership and a growth-oriented mindset.
