What you will do

• Support day-to-day project operations and internal/external communication throughout the game development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with department leads to define project requirements, resource needs, and task schedules.
• Coordinate team activities to ensure tasks are prioritized according to established roadmaps.
• Assist in setting project goals and milestones while managing scope and constraints.
• Identify and help remove production blockers to maintain development flow.
• Generate reports and documentation to maintain visibility on key project aspects.

Requirements

• Fluent or near-native proficiency in Czech.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to drive functions through the development process.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, including developers, artists, and clients.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Understanding of PC and console gaming markets.
• Familiarity with game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine.
