What you will do

• Own the end-to-end training of chauffeurs in Paris to ensure a flawless, five-star luxury experience.
• Adapt and localize global training content for the Paris market while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor passenger feedback and service metrics to identify trends and act decisively to protect quality.
• Conduct mystery shops and structured assessments against hirify.global standards.
• Lead investigations into service incidents and deliver constructive feedback to drive performance.
• Partner with regional peers to share best practices and raise global service standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Paris, France.
• 2+ years of experience delivering high-quality group or classroom training to experienced professionals.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing luxury environment (e.g., five-star hospitality, premium/private aviation, luxury retail).
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and challenge others while maintaining trust.
• Experience in environments where service quality is strictly measured and audited.
