What you will do

• Design comprehensive education toolkits for new product launches.
• Develop mobile learning content for the Beauty Advisor application.
• Plan and facilitate international Train-the-Trainers sessions and virtual workshops.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery and implementation of educational assets.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Digital, and Marketing teams to align educational strategies.
• Continuously optimize communication workflows and educational processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in luxury beauty sales or education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong digital literacy and creative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Rigorous organizational skills and attention to detail.
