What you will do

• Diagnose client objectives and develop comprehensive media proposals in line with business needs.
• Implement and optimize campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, and YouTube.
• Maximize ROI by continuously improving performance metrics such as CTR, Avg CPC, and CPA.
• Cultivate strong relationships with client senior management and coordinate with 3rd party teams.
• Mentor, coach, and provide performance reviews for Search Executives and Assistants.
• Manage revenue, financial processes, and internal WIP documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of SEM experience with a strong operational track record.
• Expertise in strategy and implementation for Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, and YouTube Ads.
• Proficiency in analytical packages such as Google Analytics or Omniture.
• Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and IF functions.
• Valid Google Analytics and AdWords Individual Qualifications.
• Proven experience in account and team management.
