What you will do

• Act as the senior contact for key accounts, approving media plans and critical tactics.
• Monitor account profitability and lead strategic new business development activities.
• Manage and mentor a structured team to coordinate with creative companies for advertising campaigns.
• Oversee account and media planning, buy negotiations, ad placement, and copy rotations.
• Collaborate across business units (Planning, Invention, and Exchange) to develop comprehensive media plans.
• Build and maintain a network of business relationships through conferences and industry awards.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience as a senior contact on key accounts specializing in media plans and tactics.
• Broad background in the entire research, planning, and implementation process.
• Significant experience managing agency-client relationships at all levels.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
