• Create and edit native TikTok videos with strong hooks, tight pacing, and optimized formats.
• Monitor and integrate real-time trends, sounds, and cultural moments into content.
• Collaborate with editorial, creative, and community teams to translate street culture into stories.
• Analyze performance metrics and experiment with new formats to accelerate growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing and managing TikTok accounts.
• Expertise in creating short-form vertical video with understanding of audience behavior.
