What you will do

• Lead and oversee the creative direction of content-driven campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Translate business objectives and creative strategy into strong concepts, storytelling, and copy.
• Act as the main creative partner to strategy, account, and art teams.
• Develop integrated creative ideas for digital marketing, social media, and branding.
• Guide the team in copywriting, scripting, tone of voice, and content structure.
• Mentor and grow content team members while ensuring all outputs meet quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative/content roles, including 2+ years in a leadership or creative direction role.
• Strong background in copy-based creative direction.
• Proven capability in creative strategy, digital marketing ecosystems, and campaign ideation.
• Experience in scriptwriting for both short-form and long-form content.
• Ability to balance creative freedom with business goals and timelines.
• Strong strategic thinking and portfolio demonstrating impactful creative work.
