What you will do

• Conduct freedom-to-operate (FTO) investigations for products, features, and technology platforms.
• Strategize, draft, and prosecute commercially relevant patent applications.
• Collaborate with product strategy and R&D teams to provide patent consulting from early concept to market launch.
• Monitor third-party patent filings and portfolios to provide summaries and insights for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in physics, software, optics, electrical engineering, electronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with patents in private practice or in-house, preferably with exposure to FTO or patent studies.
• Ability to analyze patent claims and technical disclosures.
• Strong communication skills to translate patent findings into practical input for technical and business colleagues.
• Structured, curious, and collaborative mindset for working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
