What you will do
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-functioning and organized workplace.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
- Participate in interviews and provide support for hiring decisions.
- Lead employee welfare initiatives, events, and engagement activities.
- Handle general HR administration, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR and operational matters.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles.
- High level of English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-tech or startup environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools.
