What you will do

• Architect and develop performant, scalable, and secure fullstack code.
• Lead project delivery from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring autonomy and accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present developed features.
• Mentor other engineers through Communities of Practice (CoPs) and project teams.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Partner with designers and managers to identify user pain points and iterate on solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with .NET, Python, and React.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and MySQL (queries, indexing, joins).
• Experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT, Azure AD).
• Expertise in OOP and SOLID principles.
• Proven track record of implementing well-tested, scalable enterprise-level systems.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Knowledge of API Gateways and log aggregators (Graylog, VictoriaMetrics).
