What you will do

  • Plan, write, and edit value-driven B2B newsletters tailored for enterprise readers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to curate stories that showcase company expertise and impact.
  • Repurpose blogs, case studies, and thought leadership pieces into fresh, compelling newsletter narratives.
  • Segment and personalize messaging for diverse audiences, from tech leaders to marketing directors.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics (open rates, CTR) to iteratively refine the newsletter strategy.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all issues in terms of tone, design, and structure.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience creating newsletters or editorial content for B2B or enterprise audiences.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating performance metrics and audience impact from past campaigns.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Frappe/ERPNext, open-source, or custom software ecosystems.
  • Exceptional command of English with the ability to adapt tone between formal and conversational styles.
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, or LinkedIn Newsletters.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience writing for SaaS or open-source-focused brands.
  • Understanding of CRM workflows and lead nurturing strategies.
  • A personal newsletter, Substack, or blog showcasing writing depth.
  • Experience working within an agency or enterprise content environment.
