What you will do

• Provide technical consultancy for enterprise and business applications to increase employee productivity.
• Drive adoption and training of IT services to foster digital enablement across business functions.
• Automate business processes and leverage data from tools like Nexthink and ServiceNow for proactive support.
• Manage the IT hardware lifecycle and deskside support processes for the local site.
• Coordinate onsite services for events and meetings, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• Collaborate with product teams to enable standard workplace infrastructure and global project deployments.

Requirements

• Proficiency with operating systems, devices, and the Google Suite of Applications.
• Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes within IT service delivery.
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and local languages.
• Must be located in Vienna, Austria to provide onsite support and proximity.
• Lean-Agile and Enterprise mindset with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
