What you will do

• Analyze day-to-day merchant settlement operations and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Generate reporting on key data processing and analyze KPI metrics to support strategic business decisions.
• Manage partner relationships, including onboarding, chargeback/refund reconciliations, and providing consultancy.
• Collaborate with internal finance and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize customer experience.
• Actively participate in the automation of finance and management reporting.
• Conduct periodic audits of contracts and maintain corporate documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in finance.
• 1+ years of experience with merchant profitability reporting, reconciliations, and monthly closing processes.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis.
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) oral and written proficiency required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles and practices.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
