What you will do

• Lead foundational technical initiatives for cloud infrastructure and drive the adoption of new technologies.
• Develop strategies for software deployments, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and inter-service communication.
• Collaborate with developer teams to establish and implement cloud infrastructure best practices.
• Scale service management by writing software and administering systems across the software stack.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for core cloud infrastructure.
• Define and maintain a high technical bar for the company's interview processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience designing and deploying cloud platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in at least one of the following: AWS, Kafka, Deployments, or Monitoring/Logging.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with other software teams.
• High degree of resilience and resourcefulness in uncertain or changing environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the US

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
