What you will do
- Partner with business leaders in Côte d'Ivoire and across Africa to recruit and close top talent who share the company mission.
- Act as a thought partner for hiring managers regarding talent pools, advertising strategies, and interview planning.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting funnel data to continuously adjust and optimize sourcing-to-close strategies.
- Develop and improve existing recruiting processes to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage a pipeline of diverse, highly qualified candidates while ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
- Creatively leverage various platforms to source and engage extraordinary talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional operational and/or technical talent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Expertise in utilizing recruiting metrics to create data-driven strategies.
Nice to have
- Experience with software recruiting.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, GEM, and Excel.
