What you will do

• Build end-to-end features across the full stack, moving seamlessly between backend and frontend code.
• Utilize AI tools like Cursor and Antigravity for rapid prototyping and shipping working MVPs.
• Turn prototypes into robust, production-ready systems using software design patterns and security principles.
• Write automated tests and manage technical debt to ensure high-quality delivery and stable performance.
• Collaborate with PMs to synthesize user feedback from customer calls and support tickets into actionable problem statements.
• Participate in direct customer discovery to research user needs and challenge the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to work across both backend and frontend (Fullstack fluency).
• AI fluency: demonstrated ability to use AI tools for code generation and text summarization.
• Strong product sense and ability to articulate the business impact of developed features.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.

• Experience with APIs or cloud-native platforms.
