What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for banking partners in Egypt, managing account administration and KYC requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll-related wire transfers, tax payments, and corporate signatory arrangements.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle compliance with the Egyptian Social Insurance Authority and Labor Office.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of annual Social Insurance declarations and register employment contracts.
  • Support payroll and tax audits by providing necessary documentation to Egyptian tax authorities.
  • Act as the custodian of Power of Attorney (POA) records, coordinating notarizations and official filings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in payroll administration, compliance, or finance operations within Egypt.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and tax compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Egyptian governmental processes (Labor Office, Social Insurance Authority, Tax Authority).
  • Experience managing corporate bank accounts and KYC processes in Egypt.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
