What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end gamified mechanisms for buyers to drive purchases and engagement.
• Build interactive challenges and reward systems, including promotions and virtual point systems.
• Develop innovative systems and features for mobile and web applications.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies and user experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of development experience in mobile, web, or backend services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of shipping user-facing features and products rapidly.
• Must be based in China.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills without relying on translation apps.

Nice to have

• Experience building E-commerce products.
• Experience shipping end-to-end features including both UI and service layers.
