What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end gamified mechanisms to drive key business metrics such as purchases and engagement.
• Build interactive challenges and reward systems, including promotions, task achievement systems, and virtual point systems.
• Develop innovative features for the iOS mobile app using Swift.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of iOS native development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in Swift and writing declarative code to create fluid, responsive user interfaces.
• Proven track record of delivering and shipping user-facing features rapidly.
• English: Good written and verbal communication skills without relying on translation apps.
• Location: Must be based in China.
