What you will do

• Provide analytical support to the user acquisition team to influence UA strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with UA managers, marketers, and product partners to shape acquisition and growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated models to track and forecast UA KPIs.
• Create models and tools specifically for UA optimization.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to optimize spend efficiency and creative performance.
• Resolve data inconsistencies and improve tracking across various systems and platforms.

Requirements

• Expert working knowledge of SQL for writing efficient queries and handling large datasets.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python or R.
• Solid understanding of statistics to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
• Prior experience in user acquisition and user behavior analysis within a gaming company or high-traffic app.
• Experience analyzing digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok.
• CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Passion for mobile marketing and understanding of player acquisition and retention dynamics.
• Experience working with game telemetry data.
