What you will do

• Drive features from brief to production, including mobile UI, backend logic, and API contracts.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to accelerate development and fill technical gaps.
• Maintain a high bar for code quality and maintainability, regardless of whether code is human or AI-generated.
• Participate in early-stage system design and architectural planning.
• Collaborate directly with product managers, designers, and fleet specialists to refine product requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building complex end-to-end software with ownership of the full delivery cycle.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Stockholm, Sweden.
• Proven experience shipping production software using AI coding agents.
• Experience with frontend or mobile development (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose, iOS, Flutter, or PWAs).
• Strong engineering fundamentals to ensure code is readable, testable, and maintainable.
• Experience in product-centric teams, helping define what to build, not just how.
