- Meet performance goals while maintaining a human touch in communication.

Requirements
- Experience in customer support within the online gambling or social casino industry.
- Strong communication skills with clarity, empathy, and problem-solving instincts.
- Ability to multitask across systems with high attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Own office setup: PC with Intel i5 4th Gen+, Windows 10+, minimum 8 GB RAM, and a reliable Ethernet connection (10Mbps+ upload/download).
