What you will do

• Build influencer and creator strategies tailored to specific gaming audiences, genres, and player segments.
• Develop strategic approaches for new game launches, major updates, and key in-game events.
• Analyze gaming audiences and platform behavior on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Discord to identify emerging trends.
• Present research and campaign thinking to internal teams and external clients.
• Partner with creative, campaign, and talent teams to guide strategy from concept through execution.
• Contribute strategic thinking to pitches and new business development opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience building marketing or campaign strategy in an agency, gaming, or entertainment environment.
• Deep fluency in gaming culture and strong understanding of player communities.
• Proven experience working with influencer or creator-led campaigns.
• Ability to translate audience research and platform data into clear marketing strategies.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by 401k and US-based benefits).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing settings.
