KOL / Affiliate Manager (Web3): Growing the affiliate and partner network across Southeast Asian markets with an accent on KOL recruitment and scaling local networks. Focus on manual search, onboarding partners, and coordinating crypto-focused promotional campaigns.

What you will do
- Recruit affiliates and KOLs across SEA markets
- Conduct daily outbound outreach via social media (Instagram, Telegram, X, LinkedIn) and communities
- Onboard new partners and communicate partnership terms
- Maintain long-term relationships and coordinate promotional campaigns
- Ensure brand guidelines and compliance requirements are met
- Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams
Requirements
- Experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/influencer marketing, or business development
- Strong expertise in manual search and outbound outreach
- Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience or strong interest in crypto, trading, or fintech
Nice to have
- Existing network of SEA affiliates or KOLs
- Experience with CPA, revenue share, or hybrid affiliate models
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
