What you will do

• Create and maintain quality control for performance video creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Generate, test, and analyze creative hypotheses based on CTR, CPA, and ROI metrics.
• Manage a team of motion designers, including hiring, professional development, and feedback.
• Optimize the production pipeline to improve speed and scalability.
• Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative producers to shape the overall creative strategy.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Figma.
• Proven experience creating performance creatives for paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Practical experience with AI tools and A/B testing of creatives.
• Ability to analyze basic marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI).
• Experience working in fast-paced production environments.
