What you will do

• Develop compelling mobile video ads using gameplay recordings, 2D and 3D animated motion graphics.
• Use AI-powered tools to generate animation concepts, hooks, and diverse ad variations.
• Conduct visual research, analyze competitor trends, and refine creative flow.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices for AI-driven ad production.
• Iterate quickly on creative content to directly influence player engagement metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a motion designer, with 1-2 years specifically in mobile gaming.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D art, 2D animation, and motion design projects.
• Proficiency in Unity, Photoshop, After Effects, and 3D software like Blender.
• Familiarity with AI animation or generative tools.
• Proactive mindset with strong storytelling and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spine or Mixamo for character animation.
