Focus on managing Data Delivery SLAs, ensuring KPI alignment, and resolving cloud infrastructure issues for a global institutional investor client base.

Location: Hybrid (Manila, Philippines). Working schedule: 9 PM to 6 AM PHT.

What you will do

• Provide application support, including technical root cause analysis, bug fixes, and process enhancements.
• Manage Data Delivery SLAs and ensure service delivery aligns with KPIs for multiple customers.
• Participate in application releases through development, testing, and production deployment.
• Monitor and resolve Cloud Infrastructure issues using tools like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Collaborate with implementation teams on new projects and develop technical support documentation.
• Communicate directly with external vendors and clients to resolve critical issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SQL programming and manipulating large datasets.
• Strong understanding of equity and fixed income indices.
• Proficiency in financial spreadsheets, databases, and analytical applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines to support the hybrid working model.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud Technologies (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Python, C# .NET, or Excel VBA.
• Understanding of Portfolio Management, Rebalancing, and Performance concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
