What you will do

• Design meaningful end-to-end web marketing experiences that guide customers toward the right product offerings.
• Optimize site architecture to improve complex customer journeys and merchandising flows.
• Develop interactive experiences, animations, and visual assets using creative storytelling to explain product benefits.
• Collaborate with content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust design system across various marketing channels.
• Utilize customer research and qualitative testing to inform and iterate on UX designs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing-related visual design with a strong online portfolio.
• Must be based in or able to work from specified California locations (hybrid).
• Advanced expertise in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.
• Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
• Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices for visual design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience.
