TL;DR

UX Designer: Shaping and enhancing user and creator experiences for hirify.global's web, mobile app, and OTT products with an accent on visual language and design system refinement. Focus on designing intuitive flows, participating in usability studies, and championing brand guidelines across the product portfolio.

Location: Onsite in Sarasota, FL

Salary: $97,000-$115,000 USD base + benefits + equity (If based in the United States)

What you will do

• Translate product requirements, concepts, and research into meaningful, engaging user experiences for Web, Mobile App and OTT formats.
• Evolve layouts and interaction patterns over time, helping shape and refine our visual language and Design System.
• Contribute to product direction by bringing a user‑centered lens to roadmap discussions and longer‑term planning.
• Design intuitive, elegant flows and experiences as well as low to high fidelity prototypes for executive reviews.
• Plan and participate in usability studies and other forms of user research, then turn findings into concrete design decisions.
• Champion and mature our brand guidelines throughout our product portfolio; actively participate in the development of a Design System for our existing digital products including visual styles, components, pattern libraries, and documentation.

Requirements

• Submit a portfolio link with your application.
• 5+ years of experience designing native mobile apps, responsive web, and OTT apps with a strong portfolio of design work.
• Strong expertise in Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong organizational skills and performs with a high degree of diligence.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and people skills.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of branding.
• Experience in a marketing design agency / designing marketing assets.
