Salary: $92,500 – $129,500

What you will do

• Monitor, triage, and respond to security alerts and incidents across environments following documented runbooks and playbooks.
• Analyze security logs and vulnerability findings to identify patterns, validate threats, and recommend risk-reducing remediations.
• Execute security operations processes, including access reviews and endpoint protection checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to document security issues and communicate incident summaries.
• Investigate anomalous behavior by applying knowledge of system design, APIs, and data models.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled tools to improve security outcomes and incident response workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience (including internships or projects) in incident response, vulnerability management, or security monitoring.
• Foundational understanding of web application security, API design, and basic system design (LLD).
• Hands-on exposure to SIEM, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, cloud security controls, or log analysis platforms.
• Familiarity with applying AI/ML concepts to real-world technology operations.
• Work authorization for the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with end-to-end incident handling, including detection, investigation, and support for remediation.
• Practical experience analyzing security telemetry at scale across multiple services or environments.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization patterns and basic threat modeling for services.
• Experience tuning AI/ML security tools for automated threat and anomaly detection.
