What you will do

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Execute exploratory and functional tests, including manual testing for new features and regression checks.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright with TypeScript or Cypress.
• Contribute to test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, SQL datasets, and test infrastructure.
• Perform code reviews for test automation and share best practices.
• Support the release process via regression test planning, execution, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, or Software Engineer in Test.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript for developing testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for test data preparation and validation.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservice architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java test automation and Spring applications.
• Background in fintech or financial applications.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with BDD tools like Cucumber.
