What you will do

• Monitor and manage software licenses to ensure organizational compliance across the company.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate responses to external software audits.
• Optimize the license portfolio and review contract terms to maximize cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand technology needs and optimize software procurement.
• Develop and implement license usage policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Maintain professional relationships with external software suppliers and consulting companies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with software licensing.
• Working knowledge of market-leading vendor license models and the software market.
• Experience managing and maintaining a software library.
• Proficiency with SAM tools such as Xensam, Snow, or ServiceNow.
• Ability to perform multi-source data analysis and communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
• Amenable to work on EMEA time schedule.
