What you will do

• Produce entry-level shot work, including sequence-based lighting, rendering, and HDRI environment map stitching.
• Perform basic model and texture tweaks to create photo-real elements.
• Communicate shot status to Production and Supervisors and implement specific artistic direction.
• Verify the consistency of files and scenes received from outsource vendors.
• Write documentation for processes and workflows and optimize renders for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Tech leads to test software and organize Generalist-specific libraries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, Design, Photography, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven ability in CG techniques such as modelling, texturing, shading, lighting, look development, matte painting, or compositing.
• Strong artistic skills combined with teamwork, communication, and interdisciplinary thinking.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software packages.
• Entry-level understanding of Photoshop, 3dsmax, Maya, Houdini, ray trace renderers, and 2D compositing software.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in San Francisco, CA

Nice to have

• Experience with emerging AI tools and workflows.
• Experience with real-time engines such as Unreal Engine (UE).
