Salary: $205,380 — $282,450 USD

What you will do

• Ensure UX decisions reflect real-world system complexity and user needs through a deep understanding of the monitoring/observability domain, product architecture, and customer workflows.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure design integrates effectively into the product development lifecycle and deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences.
• Leverage modern tooling, including AI-assisted workflows, to accelerate design and exploration.
• Establish and scale a research practice that informs product and design decisions through direct engagement with customers.
• Manage a team of designers that operate effectively in a complex product domain through a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years proven experience leading design for complex B2B or enterprise software.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand complex systems and workflows.
• Experience in monitoring, observability, or similarly complex enterprise/data-heavy domains preferred.
• Track record of influencing product direction through research and delivering impactful user experiences.
• Experience evolving teams and processes to meet growing product needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
